"App" as used herein refers to all products and services owned and operated by Wonder App Team, or any of its affiliated companies.

Agreement To Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity("you") and Wonder App Team("Wonder App Team", "we", "us", or"our"), concerning your download and use of the Application.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.Your continued use of the Application after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SOFTWARE APPLICATION AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Use of this Application is prohibited by persons under 13 years of age. Minors 13 years of age or older must obtain parental or guardian consent to download and use this Application. You affirm that you are 18 years of age, or possess legal or parental or guardian consent, and are competent to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes to how we operate and provide our App, including adding new features and services, modifying existing features and services, or suspending, discontinuing or terminating your access to any or all portions of the App.

HK Wecut, in its sole discretion, may refuse to offer the App to any person at any time. Any license granted herein is effective only until terminated. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the Terms or until revoked by HK Wecut as provided herein. Additionally, HK Wecut may terminate your license to use our App and block future access to the same in its sole discretion. You agree to only register or download the App for yourself personally.

User Data

In order to use the Service, you must first agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

In order to be able to activate the App, you may need to agree to allow the App to have access to the following information and features located on the user’s device:

- Device and Application History

- Identity

- Photos and media files

- Camera; microphone

Wi-Fi Connections Device ID and Call Information.

In addition, to enable certain features, the user must agree to enable access to additional information.

User Content

We do not collect personal directory data such as calendar, address book, phone/text log or photo/video data created by you and stored or accessed on your device.

Information Automatically Collected

The App includes features that allow you to create, post, and transmit, and/or store content. You understand that this content may be viewable by others including, but not limited to, those with whom you share the content. You agree that you are solely responsible for your content and that HK Wecut is not responsible or liable for any of this content.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, UI designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service(collectively, the”Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise expressly granted to you in and to the Service, the Content and the Marks.

License

Subject to these terms, you are granted  a non-exclusive and limited license to use the object code version of the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, create derivative works or sublicense this Application. Unless otherwise stated, all materials contained within the Application, as well as the content arrangement and selection, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. HK Wecut does not grant any express or implied rights to use this intellectual property. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the App or attempting to gain access to the source code of the App except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law. To the extent applicable law permits contractual waiver of such right, you hereby waive your rights to do so.

Third Party Links

Our App may contain third party content or links to third party sites, applications or services (collectively, “Third Party Content”). We do not control, maintain or endorse any Third Party Content and we are not responsible or liable for any Third Party Content, including any damages, losses, failures, or problems caused by, related to, or arising from Third Party Content. Your interactions and business dealings with the providers of the Third Party Content are solely between you and the third party. You should review all of the relevant terms and conditions associated with Third Party Content, including any privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for any information that you agree to share with third parties in connection with Third Party Content.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, local laws where the Application is used and those of the United States of America.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that, in connection with your use of the Service, you will not:

- The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

-Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Application to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

-Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Application, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.

-Trick, defrauder mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

-Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.

-Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using script to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

-Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

-Use the Service as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Service and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

-Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Application.

-Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Service to you.

-Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content. Copy or adapt the Application, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.

-Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Application or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Application

-Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that uses the Service, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.

-Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Application. Use the Service in manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitations Of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including list profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising form your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Copyright Policy

Any person who believes that any content available on or through the Terms of Use infringes on that person’s copyrights, may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) to us at VaporCamAppofficial@gmail.com and include the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner or an agent of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

- Identification of the copyright claimed to have been infringed;

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and where it is located in the App or Service;

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you;

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and;

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Applicable Law

You accept any responsibility for any activity that occurs while logged into your account. You are responsible for making sure that you keep your password safe and secure. You agree not to allow others to use your account or take, or fail to take, actions that will jeopardize the security of your account.

Assignment

The Company may assign these Terms of Use or any of the rights or obligations hereunder and any causes of action arising hereunder to any third party without necessity or obligation of notice to users.

Waivers

The waiver or failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of the applicable right or provision.

Severability

These Terms of Use will operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Complete Agreement

The Terms of this agreement supersede all prior understandings. This agreement represents the completed agreement and understanding of the parties.
